24/7If Arsenal were hoping to sign Spanish striker Alvaro Morata this summer, they may have to pay just a little bit more after his impressive performance for the national team on Wednesday night.
The 23-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to the Gunners with Arsene Wenger believed to be preparing to pay as much as €50million to sign him.
However, before Morata can think about his future, he must first concentrate on Spain's Euro 2016 campaign. Vicente del Bosque's men are on a revenge mission after their disastrous performance in the World Cup two years ago, where they crashed out at the group stage.

Morata was not involved in the squad that underperformed in Brazil but he will be one of the men hoping to make an impression in a young and exciting Spanish side. And he got his summer off to an absolute flyer, scoring twice against South Korea in a 6-1 demolition.
